expands market into the independent physician market with
new entry-level product.

for the physician who works primarily on their own and visits their billing office
each day. These physicians have been seeking a charge capture product which allows
them to capture key patient diagnosis and treatment information at point of care but

modeMD Hospital, without the networking components. modeMD Hospital is receiving rave

This new product package is priced at $299 and includes an industry leading, comprehensive

demographics on active, signed-off and discharged patients. And it enables the physician
to print charge sheets from their PDA to their PC printer.
The modeMD Hospital standalone product is ideal for physicians who are relatively
self-contained in their practice and have limited, or no, cross coverage or consult work.
If at any time this situation changes they can upgrade to the network version of
modeMD Hospital, and for the additional $59 per month can electronically transfer
patient information to their colleagues and billing office. This is ideal for physicians
who have a moderate to heavy hospital content to their practice and who do cross coverage
and consult work. These physicians will see significantly increased billings using modeMD,
and also improved cash-flow and collections by daily electronic transfer of charge sheets
to their billing office.
