modeMD delivers an integrated service providing electronic
charge capture at point-of-care, and seamless, secure
delivery of these charges to the billing office.
Replacing paper charge sheets with an electronic version
enables more accurate and timely delivery of charge sheet
information.
Key patient demographic, diagnosis and treatment information
is collected by modeMD including full ICD and CPT codes.
This information is then transferred from your doctor’s PDA
to the modeMD secure data center. The billing office can then
log in to the modeMD website using a standard web browser and
download the charge information.
By providing the ability for doctors to transfer patient billing
information from their PDAs to their billing office while the doctor
is still in the hospital, you will enhance your working relationship with these
