Phil Goodman, MD, MS, Founder, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer,
has 20 years of clinical experience in California and Nevada. His research involves modeling
cognitive function, and he presently directs the division of medical informatics at the University of
Nevada School of Medicine. In early 2001, he designed a prototype handheld patient
tracking and charge capture system ultimately leading to the current modeMD
system. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine with
Honors in Physics and Biology, followed there by an M.D. and residency
in Internal Medicine. He subsequently completed a Master's degree from
the University of Michigan School of Public Health. He has received
numerous teaching and research awards, and has published over 40 papers.

Roy Graham, President and CEO, has over 28 years of high-tech
industry experience working in a wide variety of roles including
CEO and COO as well as head of Sales, Marketing, Consulting and
Customer Services. He has extensive experience in building channel
and partnership based sales environments. And has arranged early stage
financing for startups, delivered a successful IPO and taken a number
of companies and products to market dominance. Roy graduated from
Sussex University, UK with Honors in Mathematical Physics.

Don Dusich, CTO, has over 10 years designing and developing software
applications. During this period he has amassed a broad experience base
covering everything from mainframe architectures to desktop environments.
Don graduated from Arizona State University with a BA Summa Cum Laude, in
Philosophy with Computer Science.

Robb Smith, Founder and General Partner Nevada Ventures,
Robb is a Founder and General Partner of Nevada Ventures, L.P. and Millennium
Three Venture Group, LLC (Nevada's first venture capital fund). Rob has led the firms' investments
in etNetworks, Alere Medical, RetailOne, Power Domain, Sharegate and Optreon.
Robb was chosen the 2002 SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of
Nevada. He is the Founder of the Nevada Ventures Nanoscience Program at the University
of Nevada, Reno and the Reno High-Technology Development Group, Nevada's first
technology-oriented economic development organization, now called TechAlliance.

Lawrie Lieberman, a member of the Sierra Angels, has over 25 years of experience in technology companies
including Senior Group Vice President of Business Objects, corporate development
posts at Apple Computer and Senior VP posts at Kaleida Labs. He served as Dean
of Admissions of the Stanford Business School from 1976 to 1981. Lawrie currently
sits on the Boards of Instranet, Panonica, and modeMD, and on several Advisory Boards
for private technology firms. He is Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Committee
for UNR's College of Engineering, and on the Computer Science Board for Sierra Nevada
College. Lawrie received his BA from Dartmouth College in 1972, and his MBA from the
Stanford Business School in 1975.

Ian Rogoff, a member of the Sierra Angels, has over 20 years in Technology companies in sales, consulting,
software development, and systems integration. Most recently he was Vice
President of the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Group; prior to his 9 years at
Microsoft he held senior field management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of
Miami, a Master of Science degree in industrial and systems engineering from the Georgia
Institute of Technology, a Master of Liberal Arts from Stanford University, and has
completed and executive MBA program at Dartmouth College.
